Overview
Desertlink.org (the “Sites”) is a service of Desert Link LLC and its affiliates, including its FCC-registered services provider, Managed Communications, LLC (collectively, “Desert Link”).
This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) sets forth the standards of use of the Sites and Services. By electronically signing, clicking to accept, or using the Sites, you (“Customer,” “You”) agree to these Terms and consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Desert Link reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Sites.
The Services
The Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Web-based interfaces
- Upload and management of telephone number lists
- Direct Inward Dialing Numbers (DIDs)
- Direct-to-voicemail messaging applications
- Data encryption, transmission, access, and storage
- Software maintenance, upgrades, and customer support
Important: Desert Link LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services.
Usage Policy
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Telemarketing Sales Rule
- CAN-SPAM Act of 2003

TCPA Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.
Content Submission / Discussion Areas
Any information or materials you submit (excluding information required to use the Services) will not be considered confidential. By submitting content, you grant Desert Link LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content. Desert Link reserves the right—but not the obligation—to remove or edit content at its discretion.
Username / Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to notify Desert Link immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in termination.
Newsletter and Communications
Email
Email addresses submitted through Desert Link may be added to company communications. To unsubscribe, email sales@desertlink.org. By providing a phone number, you consent to receiving service-related calls or texts.
Text Messaging and SMS Communications
Desert Link uses SMS text messages to deliver transactional and account-related notifications to users who have provided a mobile phone number during signup or in their user profile. By providing a mobile phone number to Desert Link and agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, you consent to receive automated, service-related text messages at that number.
Types of messages we send
- One-time security codes for login, password reset, and identity verification
- Account event notifications
- Wallet and balance alerts
- Campaign and number lifecycle alerts
- Customer-care responses initiated by you
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and is driven by your account activity. Most users receive between zero and twenty (0–20) messages per month under normal use.
Carrier and cost disclosures
Message and data rates may apply. Desert Link does not charge a separate fee for system text messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard rates and fees will apply. Desert Link is not liable for delays or failed deliveries.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any system message, or email sales@desertlink.org.
How to opt out
You may opt out of non-essential SMS notifications by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Security codes and other legally required account messages may continue until you close your account or remove your mobile number. To resume messages, reply START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE, or update your contact preferences inside the portal.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors solely as required to deliver requested SMS messages. All other categories of use exclude SMS opt-in data and consent.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on the Sites—including copyrights, trademarks, and patents—belongs exclusively to Desert Link LLC or its licensors.

Data Protection & Privacy
Desert Link may review communications to ensure legal compliance. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree not to submit unlawful, harassing, or obscene content.
Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services, including applicable taxes and regulatory fees (USF, TRS, NANP, E911). Charges apply to all message attempts, regardless of delivery success. For tax purposes, usage is deemed to occur in the State of Nevada.
Credits
Credits are prepaid, non-transferable units used to access the Services.
Expiration
- Credits expire 60 days from purchase.
- Refunds are available within 1 business day of purchase for unused credits.
No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Desert Link LLC disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the monthly transaction fees paid by the Customer.
User Warranties; Indemnification
You represent that your use complies with all applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desert Link LLC and Managed Communications, LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Services.
Termination by Desert Link LLC
Desert Link LLC may suspend or terminate Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational necessity. All outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
Termination by User
You may cancel your account at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable beyond the applicable refund period.
Links to Other Websites
Third-party links are provided solely for convenience. Desert Link LLC is not responsible for third-party content or transactions.
Security Rules
You may not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Sites or Services. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.
Force Majeure
Desert Link LLC is not liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, internet outages, telecommunications failures, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Arizona.
Class Action Waiver
All claims must be brought individually. Class or representative actions are not permitted.
Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by these Terms. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding may recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
